Yes. It's called Avatar (avatar costume, weapon and backpack avatars, avatars) offers four slots for "dressed" and the equipment can be upgraded through enhancement with fashion crystals. Costumes can be equiped by right clicking them. Once is equipped, it is possible to hide/show the costume in Avatar tab of the inventory. There Avatars Events that provide costumes that are only available during the event.

MY OPINION
Argo Online is a sci-fi MMORPG that offers us a futuristic world, where two factions are fighting for resource called Earthdium. A huge world to explore (80 territories), over 3500 quests, 20 large instances. From exploration you receive points (adventure points) that can be changed to diferent equipments. There is possible to grind mobs in afk time, a typical Asian games system (Automatic hunting). Pressing the key "Z" can activate some special skills: increase defense or attack, mount ecu, dash, double jump or wings on your back. However this consume "ore". Level of "ore" can be increased by training (max 1000). Boss and Elites run freely on the map waiting to be attacked. Note that there are very strong!
